, Obama is preparing to do the following:

1) Entirely drop the requirement that Federal contractors use E-Verify
to verify that all their employers are legal workers (it's been
delayed many times)

2) End the Social Security Administration's "No match" letters that
tell employers that their employee's social security numbers don't
match the provided address.
